I guess something weighing on me right now is Redeemer clubs and ministries. It seems a little like the few are doing the much - and they are very stretched out. Our school is growing and we need new people to join ministries, teams, clubs and not the people who have always done them - 'new' people. So I guess my prayer would be that God would move strongly in people's hearts to get involved.
